Electricity consumption

During the last year, electricity consumption for 1 kg of yarn decreased due to more efficient production.

Heating Oil consumption

Fuel consumption for heating has been reduced due to seasonal average temperature changes.

Water consumption for wool production

 1 l/kg of water increased due to the increase of coarse wool production. 

Wool Waste

During the last year, the amount of raw material waste has increased due to the increase of coarse wool production.

Spinding oil

 The consumption for 1 l/kg remain stable.

Plastic

During the last year, more packing materials have been used due to modified packaging manufacturing requirements for production.

                    Our environmental aspects are:

                    Raw materials: Wood pallets C3, Wrapping materials C1 (we will look for alternatives)
                    Energy: Electricity C2, Heating oil C1 (with the installation we have now, we can’t change)

                    Waste: We only have C3
                    Waste water: We only have C3
                    Spill: We don’t have Hazard materials over 100 L, so that is C3
                    Emissions: we don’t have a list with what we use, we have a plan for that


                    Environmental objectives 

                    Plan 1. To measure, check and optimize lightning at the plant according to legal requirements of
                    occupation of health and safety.

                    Plan 2. To reduce consumption of heating fuel.

                    Plan 3. To reduce dust sources.
